A: First, restart the app — most delivery issues resolve automatically. If items don't appear after 24 hours, email our support team with your purchase receipt.
Refunds: All purchases process through Apple or Google. Request refunds directly:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Play Store → Account → Purchase History
Q: I see a charge I didn't authorize.
A: Check if family members with device access made a purchase. Enable purchase authentication to prevent this. Then contact your bank and the applicable app store (Apple/Google).
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Q: Do prices include tax?
A: Prices shown in the store may be before applicable taxes, which Apple or Google will add at checkout based on your location.
Q: Can I transfer my purchases to another device?
A: Purchases tied to your App Store or Google Play account are available on any device where you're logged into that account.

Requesting a Refund
