Before You Play

wirastartup makes Fortune Hoof Roller available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your use of Fortune Hoof Roller constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf, and they are responsible for your use of the game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy as well — it explains how we handle your data.

Key Terms: "You" = the person using the app. "We/us/Company" = wirastartup. "App" = Fortune Hoof Roller and all related services.

Fortune Hoof Roller is available to users who meet the following requirements. By using the app, you confirm you qualify.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. Use of Fortune Hoof Roller by persons below the applicable minimum age without parental consent is prohibited.

You represent that you have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms and to use Fortune Hoof Roller.

Prohibited Users: You may not access Fortune Hoof Roller if you have previously been banned from our services, are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or are otherwise legally prohibited from using the app.

Your Account

To access certain features of Fortune Hoof Roller, you may create an account or connect via a third-party platform. Here are the rules.

Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at our support team of any breach.

Prohibited Account Activities:

2. Sharing account access with third parties
3. Selling or transferring your account
4. Impersonating others

Platform Integration: Connecting via Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) links your Fortune Hoof Roller progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

Updates: By using Fortune Hoof Roller, you agree to receive and install updates that wirastartup provides. Updates may add, modify, or remove features.

Community Standards: Treat other players with respect. Harassment, impersonation, hate speech, and personal attacks violate these terms and may result in account suspension.

We enforce these rules fairly. Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban. Appeals can be submitted to our support team.

User-Generated Content

If Fortune Hoof Roller includes social or creative features, this section explains the rules for content you submit or share.

Content Must Not:

• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Be obscene, hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Contain spam, advertising, or malicious code
• Promote illegal activity

Virtual Economy

wirastartup offers virtual items and currencies in Fortune Hoof Roller. Here's what you need to know about them.

Virtual assets are game features, not financial instruments. wirastartup makes no guarantee of their value and they have no value outside Fortune Hoof Roller.

You're Buying a License, Not Property
When you acquire virtual items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them in the game. You don't own them outright.

We May Modify the Virtual Economy
wirastartup may adjust virtual item values, availability, and pricing as we update Fortune Hoof Roller. We'll try not to disadvantage players who have already made purchases.

Account Termination: Virtual currency and items are non-refundable and non-transferable if your account is terminated for cause.

You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Whether you buy a one-time item or subscribe to a premium service, these terms govern your purchases in Fortune Hoof Roller.

Payment Platform: Purchases in Fortune Hoof Roller are processed exclusively by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). wirastartup does not store payment card information.

Subscription Terms:

1. Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
2. Charged through your App Store / Google Play account
3. Cancel in your device subscription settings
4. No prorated refunds for partial periods

Protecting Our Creative Work

Please review our intellectual property rights. They govern how you may use the content and materials in Fortune Hoof Roller.

The Application and all game content (art, music, text, code, characters, trademarks) are the exclusive property of wirastartup or its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.

Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!

Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Fortune Hoof Roller content without prior written consent from wirastartup.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, wirastartup EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
The Company does not warrant that: (a) the Application will be available at all times or at any particular time; (b) the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; (c) defects or errors in the Application will be corrected; or (d) the Application will meet the user's requirements or expectations.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application may include links to or integrations with third-party services. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content provided by third parties and expressly disclaims all liability arising from the user's reliance on such content.

JURISDICTIONAL LIMITATIONS
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Liability Limits

This section limits how much wirastartup can be held responsible for. These limits are common and necessary for any digital service.

wirastartup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.

Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Fortune Hoof Roller shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid wirastartup in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Your Responsibility to Us

If your actions cause wirastartup to face legal claims or costs, you agree to help us deal with them.

Specifically, if your use of Fortune Hoof Roller (including violation of these Terms or misuse of the game) results in a claim, lawsuit, or legal proceeding against wirastartup by a third party, you agree to reasonably cooperate in our defense and to cover any resulting losses, damages, and legal costs we incur, to the extent permitted by law.

This applies to situations like: sharing illegal content, infringing someone else's intellectual property, or harassing other users in ways that lead to formal complaints.

We'll notify you promptly if such a situation arises and work with you in good faith.

How We Handle Disputes

This dispute resolution process applies to disagreements arising from these Terms or your use of Fortune Hoof Roller.

Arbitration (Where Permitted): Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class-action arbitration is not permitted.

You agree to resolve disputes with wirastartup on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.

Ending These Terms

This section covers both voluntary account closure and wirastartup's right to terminate access.

You have the right to stop using Fortune Hoof Roller and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

What Law Governs

The laws governing your use of Fortune Hoof Roller are described in this section.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where wirastartup is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in wirastartup's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.

EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted to be as close to the original intent as possible, and the remaining parts continue in full effect.

No Waiver
If we don't enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular instance, that doesn't mean we're giving up our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor company in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Force Majeure
We're not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or government actions.
